Dear climbers and female climbers!

The last Training Camp 4 – REGENERATION and NUTRITION will take place on Thursday, June 13. As in any sport, regeneration and a proper diet are very important in climbing.

It often happens that in the heat of climbing we try to climb some of our dream routes, but we don't succeed. We try and try, but we fall and fall. But the more we try and fall, the further away the distance to reaching the last hold or step becomes. In that case, you need to keep a cool head and take a quality rest for a few days. Even top athletes, when their performance stagnates, prefer to slow down the pace of training, or take a few days off to regenerate and relax. Of course, you can relax and regenerate in various ways, whether actively or passively or through a proper lifestyle, but we will talk more about that in the fourth camp.

The training camp program remains unchanged, i.e. first there will be theory, practice and then discussion. And if there are enough of us and the weather permits, we will grill something and drink wine at the end.

Participation in the training camp is free and suitable even for beginner climbers. The last part of the camp will also be guided by professional sport climbers such as Juraj Repčík and Tomáš Mrázek.
